01How do I get a quote?
A phone call, a WhatsApp message or the form below is enough. I'll call you back to scope the need, then visit on site if necessary. The quoting method — and any cost depending on the project's complexity — is stated up front, with no ambiguity.
02How quickly can you intervene?
First appointment within 7 days generally. Project start within 3 to 6 weeks depending on the season. Small urgencies can be slotted in faster — get in touch.
03Are you insured?
10-year warranty (décennale) and professional liability insurance in order. Certificate sent with every signed quote. Registered SASU — SIRET 818 842 908.
04Do you take small jobs?
Yes. A room to repaint, a garden wall to rework, a threshold to redo — no minimum surface. Seriousness isn't reserved for large projects.
05How does payment work?
30% deposit on signature, intermediate stages for long projects, balance on handover after defects are cleared. Bank transfer, cheque or cash (within legal limits).
06Do you work in summer despite the heat?
Yes — adapted hours (early morning) for exterior projects. Lime renders don't like extreme heat, so I know when to wait for the right window.
